Mykha is an experienced professional with over 11 years in BPO, operations, administration, and leadership. She has served in roles such as Executive Director, Operations Manager, HR Assistant, Workforce Analyst, and Risk and Fraud Specialist. Known for her strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical knowledge, she has supported business growth through strategic planning, team management, and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mother of 3 who loves traveling and food adventures with her family.

With several years of experience working in business and finance, I wanted to create a program to guide dreamers through the first steps of starting a business.
